15 Healthcare chef and cook Foodservice Heroes who made a difference over the past year

When Food Management sent out a call for nominations of Foodservice Heroes—individuals who have exemplified the dedication and commitment to their customers and organizations—we received over 600 responses. Earlier, we highlighted select individuals from all the nominations we received, including several from healthcare programs. Featured on the following pages are other submissions from healthcare operations of chefs and cooks who stepped up to ensure that patients, visitors and staff continued to be fed over the past year.
